I do have my challenges with knots in the wind, cold and low/no light. Has
anybody used this system before or is it strictly for sal****er?

No-Knots Tippet to Leader System
Never tie another barrel or surgeons' knot! The No Knots Tippet to Leader
System allows you to take full advantage of the turnover power and supple
characteristics of bimini tippets and switch quickly from 3X to 5X tippet
without having to spend valuable stream time tying tippet to leader knots.
Everything you need including 2 knotless leaders with perfection loops on
both ends, 5 knotless bimini tippets on a spool and simple instructions.

Chris, who appreciates that none of you commented on my weight when viewing
my 35+ pound Chinook on alt.binaries.pictures.fishing. Come to think of it
no one commented on Randy the "bugcasters" fine TR either? Was gear fishing
for salmon to OT for this group? <G>

Save "valuable stream time" by spending $15.95 for two leaders and five
tippets, rather than $11.85 for 2 standard Orvis knotless leaders and a
spool of standard tippet material, which for me provides on average
20-30 tippets. I know I grow ever more cynical with age, but this
strikes me as just more of the P.T. Barnum marketing that permeates the
FFing "industry".

No and I probably won't use it for bass fly fishing based on the Orvis
product description. It looks like they use some level line double end
looped. That means one more loop than I have now to pick up and clean the
pond scum, frog spittle and green goop off. It is not clear from the write
up how this material would cast a large popping bug as well as a tapered, no
knot monofilament leader would. For big bass bug casting, since I rarely
switch from 3X to 5X tippet, it is not clear what advantage looped tippet
material brings to the party. For bass fishing with all of my leader's wind
knots and, memory curls, stressed places and other damage I inflect, I'd
probably throw away most leaders before replacing the tippet! LOL

For trout fishing dries, I'd have the same concerns. But for wets on
sinking lines, steelhead, salmon and salt water it may be OK FWIW.

Are you going to try it?

there are a lot of people who ae challenged to tie knots because of
arthritus, etc. and this would be a good system for them. I use a loop to
loop system when I fish and it is not quite so easy. I use the poly leaders
sold by most of the fly line companies which is similar. I find that about
the only way that you can remove the tippet loop form the leader loop is to
cut it off. If there is a big difference between the diameter of the
leader loop and the tippet loop, it is almost impossible to get the
"handshake" connection that Orvis portrays. If you do not get it
perfectly, you end up cutting off the tippet.
