Do you have any personal, current, info on the fishing at Silver Creek?

I'm told it's better than the last couple years for decent sized fish,
BUT,
I tend to distrust fly shop info, didn't visit Silver this year, was very
disappointed the last two years when I did visit, and am planning to leave
home for a month as soon as I pick a place to go. If you've been there
lately, let me know your opinion on how it is compared to "the good old
days" <g>
