Looks like Penns is blown out for the weekend.

Then again, pretty much everything here on the East Coast is toast. If
Ivan comes through, I don't think next weekend will be very good either.
Bummer.

Heading out to the Rapid on Sunday. I've been there during a hurricane (Bob?)
- water is always clear. Casting ain't so easy, however.

in the smokies we have a chant that is utilized upon any contact with
that sort:

"nymph chucker, nymph chucker,
no castin' mutha f****r..."

having said that, it is true that we show mercy to zimbo; he's
acquired at least a modicum of southerness.

Only thing is, he chucks his nymphs and outfishes me 15 to 1. Mortifying, I
tells ya, simply mortifying.
