Idaho Middle Fork Salmon River and wading

Anyone have any recommendations on hiking in to the Middle Fork Salmon
River:
- where to start?
- flies to use?
- etc.

Oh man is that a loaded question. You should be able to throw just about
anything and have it work. Those are native Cutthroat trout which means
they will bite anything.

Stick to big attractors like stimulators or caddis. If you get hard up,
throw on a dropper. That should do it.
