"Lady McConnell" (2 n's) is available form the book or on-line at
various places:
This pic is closest to the the pattern in the book

Pattern is grizzly hackle tip, tail, deer hair hump, grey antron for the
body and a grizzly hackle at the collar. (size #10 - 16)
Other online patterns have a standard-long collar hackle, different body
colour.

Wrong Lady - thinking of the Spey fly, Lady Caroline ...
