Screw that -- if it was any good it would be a UseNet forum w/o registration !

Good point. :) But it's still worth checking out if you like to fish for rough fish.

[top-posting under protest ;-]

Think "coarse" fish. Pretty much what 'Murrican's consider "freshwater trash"
fish...

Huh ?

[top-posting under protest ;-] <------ ????

"Think "coarse" fish. Pretty much what 'Murrican's consider "freshwater trash" fish..."

What's a Murrican ?

What's a "course" fish ?

Have I missed something ?

We're down *here* now.

My guess is you miss a heck of a lot, Twenty-Watt.
The phrase "soup-sandwich" comes to mind.

"top posting" is sloppy and disrupts the "conversation".

"'Murrican" is slang for "American"

It's not "course", it's "coarse" (I've heard of "reading comprehension issues"
but the word was right in front of you fer chrissakes).

Finally, as it's doubtful you could find your way through Googling the phrase
"coarse fish":

roach, barbel, carp, bream, dace, rudd, ruffe, eel, chub, tench, gudgeon,
powan, and even pike, perch, and grayling are all considered "rough" or
"coarse" fish in one country or another.

Rough Fish - as they call it in the USA.
Coarse Fish - as they call it outside of the USA. :)

Carp, Buffalo, Drum, Gar, Sturgeon, Bowfin, etc. Call me crazy, but I
love the feel of a big 30lb Carp or 50lb Gar tuggin at my line. :)
