Are the cod in off the Needles yet?

We're down for our monthly charter trip on Saturday and the British Cod
Championships the following Wed & Thurs and would appreciate any
reports on what's being caught from boats in the area.

Not if our experience on Saturday is anything to go by. 11 boats = 3
cod between them, none mine! The British Cod Championships Wed & Thurs
this week should be the usual luck of the draw etc, but fun nonetheless.
