Can anyone point me to a site which details fish species with details on
what months they are available to catch.

Many Thanks

I couldn't find one single site for the whole of UK, but here are a number
of local good sites.
Why, are you starting one?

A quick search on Google

'sea angling species when'

brought up a few sites, but if you add the area you want, weyouth, chesil,
dorset etc etc you should find some.

Try this site http://web.ukonline.co.uk/aquarium/index.html

Tells you a lot about fish and how to identify them, a great site to
bookmark.
