Anyone know this book by Mottram?

A friend of mine (Al Phillips; some of you met him at the Penns Clave)
found a medium-old book in the library by J. C. Mottram, entitled
"Fly-Fishing: Some New Arts and Mysteries."

The book contains no publication date. Does anyone know when it was
published?
