I'm going to Costa Rica at March 2004, to Playa Hermosa witch is near Tamarindo in Guanacaste. I've checked fishing seasons from Internet and it seems to be little slow time for sailfishes and marlins.

I tought that somebody knows better and could tell me, what kind of changes are reach billfish there at this time?

The sailfishing will probably be slow, but marlin fishing at that time of
year can be excellent. The biggest problem is the wind, but sometimes the
boats can run far enough to the south to get away from it.
