Best Flurocardon Tippet and Leaders

I heard Rio FluroFlex Plus and Seaguar Grand Max are the best Tippet around. Is this true? I would greatly appreciated some opinions on Leaders and Tippets.

Rio's not bad. I'm a big fan of Stroft. Key issue is its stiffness; the stiffer the better.
