Here in the Swansea Valley the Tawe has risen a bit but hardly enough to
get rid of th e stale water.

The upper reaches of the Teifi were looking a bit sorry yesterday - of
course the Caron bog drip feeds the Teifi anyway so a good soaking would
help.
