If it's your intent, as you say, not to ignore injustices you might want to tell Mr. Cooper to take a chill pill and dial down the nastiness. Just so everyone knows...this guy is putting words in my mouth and is probably doing so bc he hates "conservatives", "Christians" and "lawyers"... I present the following story of Two Alligators Two alligators were sitting at the side of the swamp. The smaller one turned to the bigger one and said, "I can't understand how you can be so much bigger than me. We're the same age, we were the same size as kids. I just don't get it." "Well," said the big 'gator, What you been eatin' boy?" "Lawyers, same as you," replied the small 'gator. "Hmm. Well, where do y'all catch 'em?" "Down 'tother side of the swamp near the parkin' lot by the courthouse." "Same here. Hmm. How do you catch 'em?" "Well, I crawls up under one of them Lexuses and wait fer one to unlock the car door. Then I jump out, grab 'em on the leg, shake the **** out of 'em, and eat 'em!" "Ah!" says the big alligator, "I think I see your problem. You ain't gettin' any real nourishment. See, by the time you get done shakin' the **** out of a lawyer, there ain't nothin' left but an a**hole and a briefcase. |

I will let ya'll find out what's coming next like everyone else, in the magazines, and on TV. Your loss" (Rodney Long - 3/24/02) "DOn't push me any further, you will live to regret it. I'm not threating you, I'm warning you, I don't bluff I have documented and filmed proof of every statement that I have made to this group concerning the Boomerang and the Long SHot. What you personally say, is your own business, what you post to the web as being fact, is not, unless you have proof, and are willing to pay to defend it. You were out of line, *WAY* out of line. Personally, I think Rodney would be a fascinating fishing companion for a day. Yeah, he's full of **** and full of himself, (some would say there's no difference ;-), but by gawd he *is* an interesting and colorful old coot which is a lot more than can be said for some of the nattering ninnies on this newsgroup. -- Ken Fortenberry |

Neither one of you have been to Wisconsin... have you? What about you Mr.
Cooper? You really out to try it out at least once, cause we'd really like to meet you guys. (Well, we've already met Josh.... scary! lol) I'll probably end up driving all the way up there alone, from Tennessee! Surely you guys can make it from Indiana, Chicagoland, and where ever it is that Fortenberry is from. "Joshuall" wrote in message ... Nattering Ninnies ? I'm in Urbana, Illinois just down I57 from Josh in Chicago and just west on I74 of Dwayne in Indy. I fish in Wisconsin regularly, in fact I log more days astream in Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Carolina than in Illinois. One of the guys in the fly fishing group lives in Merrill. If he sticks a thermometer in the Prairie River and it reads 68F or less I'll probably drive up and fish for trout during the day and socialize with rofb in the evening. That's the current plan, anyway. The NWC is the last weekend in August, right ? I'll be fishing somewhere that weekend may as well be there. -- Ken Fortenberry |
