How many of these bad boys does your lake have?

Lakes no, rivers yes. It's not the same, but the Delaware, Hudson, Raritan
and Hackensack Rivers all contain quality striper fishing at least parts of
the year, and those are only the ones I know about personally. All have
available inshore fishing access and boat ramps. Plus, many lakes in NJ are
stocked with striper/white bass hybrids that get well over 10lbs. and pull
like hell.

I might put NJ sal****er striper catchs up against some of those,

including
a 68 lb monster caught at Belmar NJ earlier this year from the surf

It was either an Old Hickory or Cumberland River fish. Awesome isn't it?!

Charles, did that fish come from Old Hickory,Watts Bar,or Melton Hill? I am
about to get real serious striper fishing on Old Hickory. I used to spend
the worst days of winter fishing for them in Georgia but my focus since
moving here has been large and smallmouth.Looks like it's time to get the
heavy tackle out and go for it!
