Put it in a zip lock freezer bag and keep it out of the sun. It will even float if your boat sinks. Mike |

I actually have two storage areas, besides the boat glovebox. West Marine
sells a Chart Book and a case for it. The case is a giant, heavy plastic ziplock with a zipper arrangement. I also use a clear ~4" tube they sell for a lot of the other charts and paperwork and clothespins to hold stuff from flying about. Bill "Mike Keown" wrote in message ... All maps are carefully stacked and stored in a pile. Until it falls over.
Which then leads to 2 smaller piles. Which then continue to grow and fall over thereby creating a single pile again. Repeat as needed. I use the same system for tax records, monthly bills, and hate mail to the ex. Dan "Spoonplugger" wrote in message news:rUmzb.554037$9l5.480979@pd7tw2no... I have several different types of maps that have no home what is the best way to keep them organized the maps I need to organize are lake and forestry maps as well as road maps. does anyone have a system that they wanna share?
