nah...it'll be blue skies and sunshine in mid october...and the trout

will
be welcoming. but, i do recall that the first organized roff

gathering
was in the same area...and, it rained almost the entire time. not much
reading done that week, though we did study scotch a bit.

//snip//

With Wolfgang's cookin' and Snakefiddler's fiddlin', it'll be

interesting
either way.

Well, I don't know a damned thing about Snake's kitchen skills,

just turned off the crock pot- spicy chicken wings

fresh ginger
honey
fresh garlic
green onions
soy sauce

smells pretty damn yummy up in here right about now........
made it for dinner tomorrow night, but i'm havin a hell of a time waiting
;-)

but I can
guarantee that if I were turned loose with a fiddle THAT would be
interesting too. :)

you can try your hand at it in october, if ya take a notion

Wolfgang

Hopefully Ivan won't scour the rivers out for your Anti-clave. Looks like
its gonna be bad. Well, at least you'll have time to catch up on your
reading.

Pretty rough. Looks like it's going right across Snowbird.

And here's a link to a Nantahala Outdoor Center site showing stream levels,
including the Tellico, Snowbird, and Santeetlah.
