fwiw, I called E.Hille in Somewhere, Pa and "mentioned" the excessive
shipping costs ... whoever answered the phone agreed to stick a package in
an envelope and send them without a shipping charge .... his only
requirement was that I honestly admit that I'm just plain cheap G ... no
problem, I'm cheap .... so soon I'll no longer be tippet ring deprived
