Er ... sure ... why not?

Abolutely no reason I can think of.

Nope! When will the place be ready for company?

Er ... um ... I'll let you know. :-)

Seriously, we were looking at land/homes/townhomes in Canmore when
we were there this past xmas, and the prices are so absurd (for example,
a mobile home for $90K??!!) that we are considering concentrating on the
Crowsnest area.

Real estate is still relatively cheap there, Carol's brother and dad
still live in that area (so they could help work on the house plus rent
it when we're away), and the location is fabulous. It's less than an
hour to Waterton Park (a little further to the Glacier Park Montana
border), right on the BC border and about an hour to Fernie, a couple of
hours from Canmore/Banff, and just over the Adanac Pass lies the Castle
River, etc.

Plus there's the minor fact that you have the Crowsnest River
running right through that whole area. :-)

Fair enough!

That is pretty high, unless it sits on a hundred acres with a prime
trout stream running through it.

.... the location is fabulous.

Well, you're gonna have to pay for that!

Chuck Vance (who has his priorities straight)

It seems that way.

I thought all the homes in Malibu were 'mobile'. And the properties.
