I use the double nail, because I can tie it so fast, I carry the tool
because I use it for other applications, it stays on my key ring,
attached to my line cutter.

One thing the tool is worth it's weight on is just tying adjustable slip
float knots, if I used it for nothing else, I would carry it for that,
instead of having to buy those pre-tied knots or not using a slip float,
not even having to re rig just to put one of the knots on, make nail
knot tools worth their weight in gold, if you ever use floats,

When I was a lot younger, I wouldn't even think twice about tying a
nail knot. It is a super knot - really strong and hard to beat for
monofilament. Now that I am older, I find neither the eyes or fingers
work as they used to. Your tool is a darn clever design - that's why
I bought a few. Price is incredibly cheap, too!

I came up with that design for my father,, when he got where he could
not tie his line any longer for the same reasons you have, Now it seams
my eyes are not as good as they were, and I'm having trouble seeing very
small line.

As far as mine being cheap, that is what is keeping major retailers from
selling it, they don't make two dollars on each sale, so they don't want
to carry it, when they can carry a 5 dollar tool, even if the 5 dollar
tool is harder to use.
