Idiot.

Kinda have a little trouble thinking this through, aren't you.

So lets say that man creates four time the emissions of volcanoes. Man's
been doing this for about 150 years gradually increasing their output.
That would mean that it would take volcanoes 600 years to equal what man
has put out. But volcanoes have been around a lot longer than that.

And lets not consider natural forest fires or other natural sources.

And that fact that is continually overlooked is that we're coming out of
an ice age. The earth's climate is SUPPPOSED to be warming.

Do the math and try using science instead of the views of those alarmist
who take your contrbutions to line their pockets.

So was your term "idiot" an admission of your own personal shortcomings?
Or have you been so drained of logic by the environmental alarmists as to
miss the point completely?

Moron.

Was global cooling in the 70's until the funding dried up. Why is Mars in a
warming cycle? Our CO2 going though a Stargate to Mars?

Funding didn't dry up in the 70s.

For whatever reason Mars is heating up it isn't because of increased
solar luminosity. Solar luminosity has been decreasing as Mars has
been heating.

O.k., what the hell, it's Saturday morning and we need a break. We'll try
this just one time and then it's back to the important but dull and
thankless taxonomic work of identifying and labeling the various subspecies
of Homo cretinus.

Carbon. It's all about carbon. You've heard of carbon.......right? It's
the "C" in CO2. Carbon is a light (AM=~12.011) and highly reactive element
(with a particular affinity for hydrogen and oxygen.....keep this in
mind.....it's important) that exists in a finite quantity on Earth,
primarily in five main reservoirs......in the atmosphere as carbon dioxide,
within the planet's crust as carbonaceous rocks, also within the crust as
hydrocarbons (petroleum, natural gas and coal), on the surface as a primary
constituent of all living things, and in the oceans, lakes and rivers,
ditto. The relative amounts of carbon in these sinks varies over time
(commonly referred to as "the carbon cycle")and the resulting changes in
conditions on the surface of the Earth (and in it's waters) are
dramatic.....at least from the perspective of organisms living in those
environments.....but then, that's the one that concerns us, right?

The carbon cycle is complex and all of the details of the mechanisms
involved are not yet completely understood. Fortunately, for our purposes
here, we need not concern ourselves with all of those details. What matters
most to us in the near future is the one critical factor of atmospheric
carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is by far the most abundant and the most
important of the "greenhouse" gasses. Its presence in the atmosphere causes
a certain amount of the energy received from the sun to be trapped at and
near the surface of the planet. Some of that energy arrives as high
frequency (and high energy) ultraviolet light. Through processes that are
well understood....and incontrovertible....greenhouse gasses make this a
more or less one way valve.......the more greenhouse gasses, the greater the
restriction on outbound energy flow. The result is that as levels of carbon
dioxide rise, so does the temperature at and near the surface of the
planet.....global warming. All of this is established fact.

So?

So, skeptics (read "imbeciles") make much of the laughable proposition that
human activity accounts for a minuscule fraction of the carbon dioxide (and
other greenhouse gasses) in the atmosphere.....volcanism and naturally
occurring forest fires contribute much more and are constant and have been
around forever, blah, blah. What makes this baseless argument REALLY
ludicrous though is that it would still be absolutely irrelevant even if
true. The RELATIVE amount of atmospheric carbon doesn't matter. What DOES
matter is the ABSOLUTE amount, and it is currently at a higher level than it
has been at any time in the last four hundred thousand years. This too is
established fact. We know this not from inference, not from statistical
legerdemain, not from computer models based on flawed assumptions, but from
direct measurement and comparison of carbon dioxide levels from the
atmosphere today and four hundred thousand year old air (and everything in
between) trapped in the icecaps in Greenland and Antarctica. We know that
we are in the midst of an alarmingly large and rapidly rising spike in
carbon dioxide levels.

O.k., so, volcanism, naturally occurring forest fires and metabolic release
(which the nitwits find too difficult to grasp.....so they generally ignore
it) go on at their nice steady pace......so where is all this **** coming
from? Well, trillions of tons of it have been safely locked away for
hundreds of millions of years as coal, natural gas and petroleum in
volcanically inactive zones......that's why it got to BE coal, natural gas
and petroleum......right?.....the stuff has to be left alone to cook for
that long......right? And all of those naturally occurring forest fires are
augmented by human engineered deforestation. Whether by outright combustion
in the presence of free oxygen or the slow burning of metabolic fires,
virtually every gram of carbon in those trillions of tons of trees is
converted to atmospheric carbon dioxide. And the worst of it is that the
trees which used to scavenge carbon dioxide and store it as wood are
gone......we increase carbon dioxide levels dramatically at the same time
that we eliminate the means by which we might control them.

Meanwhile, tens of millions of willfully ignorant poltroons blithely deny
the inescapably obvious fact of global warming.

Oh well. Back to work.

Idiots.

We have to take immediate action to stop this. Please send your
contributions to the Mars Greenhouse Prevention Project to help us.

Take your meds. It'll be OK.

You make more than a few links that don't map to facts. First is that
the primary cause of global warming is directly related to the amount of
carbon. Prove it. Prove that the warming is not cyclical. Prove that
its not a natural occurring condition as we emerge from an ice age.

There is no evidence that warming is not cyclical. You can't prove it.

That's OK. You're wrong. Your defense of your position is to demean
anyone who disagrees with you. You just can't hande the possibility
that the environmental movement has been feeding the masses a bunch of
hypothetical information from studies they fund that had pre-determined
conclusions (that's why they funded those studies).

So take your meds and keep saying "There's no place like home, there's
no place like home, there's...."

You really need to take your meds before they cancel your participation
in the work/release program.
