Sounds like a workable plan. I've seen server side scripts that try to
figure out the screen/window dimensions and do a refresh to a downsized
version if it looks like a likely help. This is probably more workable
serverside because different browsers implement different non-standard ways
to check things like that in client javascript.
Your pages all look good to me, and I'm picky about fonts... Really bad
vision makes me override the font sizes and crank them up for readability.
I really appreciate sites that remain usable and readable when the text is
resized. Everything flows nicely - as the good w3gods intended. The only
annoyance (and it's a minor one) is your left side menu panel text wraps too
easily. I didn't look at your source to see why, but it seems like the menu
font scales up too rapidly in FireFox 1.5. I think that's a FireFox issue.
