The old fool's ****-stirring post was posted at 9:27 CDT

It may make some sort of sense to you but from where I'm

drunken fool.

Justice! Now you know how us young studs feel when we read something
from you...or Wolfgang...or Dave (eh, take your pick)...or...oh hell,
when a coupla-three of us read ROFF...

Im sorry, I didn't just mean your experience and education might be effected
by your age and now obvious avoidance of even "bonehead" science
requirements at Miss PittyPat's Country Day School and Yale; I also meant
to reference that certain juvenile oscillation between the pouty-pouty, and
the high pitched girly giggling your posts so often convey. :-)

My news reader says your response arrived at 6:27 a.m.

Wolfgang
who presumes (based on the documentary evidence) that ethanol consumption in
the early morning does nothing to improve abysmal reading comprehension.

John Wayne was a draft dodger during WWII, which would be fine with me
if it weren't for the fact that he was pro-war in Viet Nam and called
the draft resistors of that era "cowards."

Exactly. The sad thing is that Wayne did not benefit fully from those
credentials. For example, if he were younger he could now be our President,
or Vice President . . . like Cheney has done with the same credentials. Or
he could have parlayed his war experiences like Raygun did, when he shot
down all those Japanese Zeros in "Hellcats of the Navy," or liberated that
concentration camp in Germany.

The Duke was a pedophile??

Um, he didn't say "a lot of youngsters made John Wayne happy" when he
was growing up...he may have meant it, but he didn't say it...but your
reading it that way is probably very interesting or Freudian or
something...

I thought he was gay!

That was Errol Flynn...and Gary Cooper...and Rock Hudson...

You forgot Burt Lancaster!

Joe is far from being ignorant or a fool. He's as amicable, gregarious,
and fine a friend and traveling fishing partner one could hope to have.
Like many of us, he'd readily admit having been in his cups on
occasion; still, even in his most drunken state I'd rather listen to
hours of Joe's conversation and life stories than hear a self-admitted
asshole like fortenberry exhale a single, sober breath.

It must be a great comfort to know that there remains one person in ROFF who
you can still abuse, secure in the knowledge that he won't trouble himself
to slap your stupid self-loathing ass into the dirt like everyone else does.

Joe McIntosh is a bigot and a racist and one of the most
distasteful, if not the most distasteful, persons I have
ever met through roff.

It doesn't surprise me that he is a friend of yours.
