I thought that Great Britain had strict gun control. Apparently, I was
misinformed.

Sadly, some of the criminals round here don't always obey the law.

€ Switzerland and Canada have three times the number of shooting
deaths as the rate in the uk.

I just happen to live in the worst street in Britain. Although nearly
all my neighbours are very good people, many of them come from a
country where gun crime and drug dealing are rampant, and the very few
relatives they have who are gun-wielding criminals tend to gravitate to
this neck of the woods.

Guns are readily available in the US. I have three. I'd bet that the
average number of guns per American ROFF poster is greater than one.
