The chemo I was on wasn't working, it kept the kidneys from

that I was going into remission all on my own !!

I'm not in total remission yet but I'm heading that way at a
rapid pace. This ****ty disease is disappearing as mysteriously
as it appeared 21 months ago. I'm still trying to wrap my head
around this fantastic paradigm shift.

OBROFF: I wet a line in SE Minnesota's Beaver Creek for awhile
Sunday afternoon. The catching was slow but the fishing was great.

Excellent news, Ken!

Yes, it is - glad to hear it!

/daytripper (Now then, is it safe to blame that St. Louis Budweiser? ;-)

Naw, it couldn't be that...I mean, it made it through a horse's dick
without any known problems, so why not a horse's ass?

Glad to hear it, Ken. Here's hoping it continues to disappear.

great news, 40!

i guess that one grand donation to the 700 club was worth it, after
all...

Dammit man, I thought for sure I could sneak that by you by
donating during the NC-Dook football game. You must watch all
the reruns too.

Thanks Frank, good to hear you're home and healing. And good luck

Good news, Ken. How much renal function do you have left??

Thanks Scott, about 60% but that's more than enough, or
so they tell me.

To wet a line right now, wow that would be nice... Cabin fever has set in
big time.
I'm hoping to hit the Green late Feb. for some midge and streamer fishing to
break up the winter blues.

Thanks JT, I really enjoyed the opportunity to get out. The only
other people I saw all day were a snowshoeing couple and their
dog. And they took to the trail while I followed the stream. It
was unseasonably warm, about 40F, Sunday afternoon and quite
pleasant for January.
