Apparently you didn't read the title of your link;

§ 1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth

The constitutional requirement for President is "natural
born citizen".

That wording is sufficiently vague and nebulous as to
cause even the best constitutional lawyers to say that
at the very least it is not a trivial question.

Hence the McCaskill bill to remove the doubt, however
slight.
