haven't been trout fishing in over two years, though I have had some

Eh? Oh, good on yer.

What did you get?

Cheerio,

Mostly Jacks off the boat but have had some small pollock from large
rockpools when I was last near Aberdaron (N.Wales)

Should be a few better fish in the area - try bigger lures at first and last
light...

Ideally looking to get the boat up and running again and take a few
trips out of Conway or even off the end of the Wirral into Liverpool
bay. Needs a fair bit of work mind!

....and here there will be a few flatties that will take a baited lu an
inch of ragworm behind a big hackle, secret-weapon style; fished deep and
slow. Flounders pull surprisingly hard on a fly rod.

Cheerio,
