I agree; she doesn't look anything like Cowell.

Try putting the two pics at the links I posted side-by-side...

Well, there ARE some similarities....the eyes and eyebrows,
especially. Simon has some descendency from Scotland, so maybe its the
'Scottish Eyes a-Smilin'" or something. But the noses, chins and shape
of their heads are considerably different, as is their smiles.

I see a much closer resemblance with this guy...

This, I would agree with. The eyelids seem to arch downwards similarly
in both people, otherwise not real likeness.
