the death of roff
Hi there, Speaking of death prediction, I find it really odd that one
of the on-line death prediction services showed me the same death date that I was foretold in my dream about a year ago. http://yourdeathdate.info - I can’t explain this coincidence in any other way except that there must be some kind of magic involved here. |

Ranting is fine sometimes and disagreeing is fine. nearly always. But this place slipped into just plain ugly from time to time. So? I know – leave if you don’t like the place…. In the afternoon of that day, in the tumult of that storm, in a little house on the island of Xaltocan, I came forth from my mother and began my dying. This provides a veneer of civility. People learn that toxic posts get deleted, so they don't make them in the first place. That doesn't mean they are, in general, civil. *Given access to a place like ROFF, they'll quickly revert to Lord of the Flies behavior. *The veneer of civility is, however, better than the alternative. No? no. The civilized don't require veneer. g. though they don't cavil at a good shellacking. |
