I read some of the reports and it seems that you made quite an
impression. Well, anybody can do that, but it also seems that the
impression was _good_. :-)

Yes Jarmo, Roger made a fine impression. A true gentleman, well spoken on a
wide variety of subjects.

Now, I have a daughter, a fine and comely lass with not a bit of malice in
her heart.

Her pleasant nature bids her perform all tasks assigned to her with
happiness and a willingness to please.

Her heart has no room for malice or the bearing of grudges.

Of a tall stature and shapely figure she is quite pleasing to the eyes and I
expect her to add another inch to her height and the same to her not already
inconsiderable frontal projection.

Normally a man would hide this treasure as her bride price alone would keep
a modest man in comfort throughout his retirement years, but I am of limited
life expectancy and am desirous of placing her in an advantageous situation.

Tell me, in your culture would one contact Roger's parents or is there a
headmaster or headmistress who handles such matters in the village?

I might add her teeth are excellent (the braces come off today) and her
grades are excellent.

I'll see your single, and raise you my pair of beautiful children.
Intelligent beauties both, the younger is quite handy with a needle and
thread and a National Honor Society member. As a matter of fact, she is
also handy with the fly tying vise and can play numerous musical
instruments (Tri-M Modern Music Masters) to entertain during those
lonely Lapland nights. The elder daughter, comely of face and figure,
is an accomplished martini mixer and journalist.

Ahem, a delicate matter.

In _my_ culture large amounts of alcohol would usually be
necessary. Everything else would take care of itself.

In Roger's culture... Well, our understanding - as a loving neighbor -
is that over there everything needs to be decided as one big
family. That is, a consensus is needed. So go there, gather all the
people from the village and start an open discussion.

On the other hand, if you get there you've already achieved what you
wanted to, so you can forget about the town meeting. And leave your
daughter at home.

Well, there is the small matter of getting back...

There are too many out there to list.... From teenage girls, women
firefighters to cowardly female deranged lunatics with small dicks
that feel a need to carry guns everywhere they go...... They
shouldn't be hard to find! I am surprised that you are resorting to
the role of "ambulance chaser" and bet BJ would be ****ed if he ever
found out. BSEG

I think I know *just* the right type of client for you though. Her
name is Anne and she is charged with being widowed, blonde, about
5'4 and damn good looking for a woman in her 40's. I'll make the
proper introductions, but I expect a referral fee and expect you to
prove that you are more qualified to represent her! A twelver of
the beer of my choice, you accompanying me for a float on the Upper
Madison and you finding happiness in life should cover my fee. ;-)

Your Fellow Traveller,

Ah! I see now why you wanted to let that other thread die! You
figured that everybody was probably tired of it and thus they weren't
reading it anymore. So, you bring it over here in the hope that
everyone will take a while to figure out what's happened and we can
keep alive for a while longer.

VERY clever! :)

O.k., I'm in.
