Will do. Are you driving this year, or did travel agent Jeff find you
another rat enhanced cabin? g

No, I did not avail myself of Joe and Jeff's *Rustic Cabins.com* service
this year. I'll be motoring up I-15 in Danl's Tiltin' Hilton. That way I can
bring my own collection of rodentia and not need to rely on the local
supply. Besides, the airline Nazis won't let me bring enough liquor, guns
and ammo, much less my complete set of "Geezer Shillelaghs" (TM) or my
little 4-wheel Poach-Mobile, and of course, Jeffie's weekly supply of fresh,
canned and bottled olive products. I hope I have enough room left for rods
and reels and such.

When are you planning to arrive at Clave Central? I want to be sure you're
there first so you don't erect your four-story Choc's Tower in my view of
the lake.

I hope to see you there, too. I will be traveling solo as Ms. Ranger

Ma'am,
Cindy, can't get the necessary time off from her duties.

It looks like it'll be a bachelor clave for me too. Pat has decided it
will be more fun to help the oldest daughter paint her new house prior to
moving into it, so I'm on my own. Somebody is going to have to volunteer

to
cook for me and rub my feet every evening.

Isn't Snoop going to attend?

I should be there by the 7th. I'm heading out to Yellowstone with my
wife the 26th and she'll fly home out of West Yellowstone the 10th; we
may even be there earlier depending on the camping situation in the
park.

I'll eat Jeff's share of the olives, too. g

guess that's just western gratitude for ya... show em a bit of the
native flora, fauna, and rodenta, give em a memorable experience they
can tell and a few scars they can show all their left coast friends at
the olive parties, and what's it get ya... oh well.

anyhow, forget the olives, the equipment, and other useless
nonessentials....what about the homebrew and wine, ...and Cindy?

OK,OK, There shall be beer and wine on board. But to make room, I'll have to
leave the ATV at home.

Cindy would really like to attend. She always has a great time with all the
various scruffians at the claves. She just has too much damn fun playing
ranger at the local state park. If she leaves for a week, she feels she
would let her fellow workers down. Obviously she has not been bitten by the
Fish Claving Bug as deeply as some of us. Maybe she and I can darken the
appropriate doorsteps at the CACA in October.

satisfaction, so to speak...

jeff (who will, nevertheless miss cindy's exhuberant smile and laughter
in montana)

I don't even know if Bob has been lurking lately, but I'm fishing
with him next week and I'll ask.

Please tell him for me that he has no excuse for missing the Clave. The
guy is retired, isn't he?

If Snoop shows up I promise to sing the theme song of Sponge Bob Square
Pants with him, in front of everyone.

Once again you've posted a fine report, sir. I'm surprised that the road to
your favorite lakes was still closed, but that much snow can't be a bad
thing! Even so, it sounds like a great trip, and I'm glad that the Green
Machine is back in top form. The pictures on ABPF were nice too. #s 1 and
3 look very familiar, and if I'm right it's an area I'd like to explore,
especially back in a fair distance. Is #2 the Lyell fork?

Cheers,
Bill
