Hmmmm. . . my prescription. If it is just water you need, I recommend the
Madison, for therapeutic value only, of course. Ya might want to wave a
stick around also, with string attached, and a curvy bit of metal, with
various bird or animal parts attached to the metal.

However, there may be a temporary condition you may need to put up with.
That would be the dreaded "continuous" grin or smile every day you are
flailing away with the stick.
