Very nice, Chuck!

Thanks, Bill.

So if it was SWMBO's photo... What'd she win???

My everlasting love, and the look of joy on my face when I get to
fish with that Scott.

awesome picture - very striking. kudos to the missus.

Thanks, she's really getting good. Ironically, I was the one who
got her interested in something more than simply point-and-shoot
photography. Now she's the one who's always carrying all the gear when
we travel. And she loves to do funky things in Photoshop; she gets all
kinds of interesting effects.

Oh hell ... rather than having me try to describe it, check out one
of her photo sites: http://www.usefilm.com/photographer/16645.html

/daytripper (i take it the award wasn't for the casting form? ;-)

Hey, what's that supposed to mean? ;-)

Outstanding work.

As to your question about what filter SWMBO used: None that I know
of. For color photography she usually has a polarizer on, but I don't
think she's been using anything for b&w. She was shooting with a
Quantaray 19-35 mm. wide-angle on a Nikon N65 body. The film was Kodak
Max T-100 b&w.

I don't know if she did any "darkroom" magic on this one after
getting the scanned image. She usually at least tweaks things a bit in
Photoshop.

As I mentioned in another post, you can see the type of stuff she's
into at this site: http://www.usefilm.com/photographer/16645.html
