To our way of thinking, when the President and Vice President of the United States ask to appear, well, they are the leaders of our country and, politics aside, they deserve respect and consideration. If your a good citizen you should have been able to get into to Cabelas and hear the President of the United States. These weren't civic afairs they were campaign events for Bush and his Handler to get elected ( not re-elected mind you) Cabelas made their store availabe for canidate Bush and Cheney, not the president or the VP. If you wante to attend and your a democrat, a Nader supporter, a socialist or a prohibitionst your SOL. All the attendees are preselected and sign the paper that says there going to vote for Shrub. |
