kick the biggest ****ing tar baby around these parts...unless you want to
give wolfgang a shot...

my advise is to chill, and understand that you are not hooking up to
reality when you hook up to r.o.f.f....

Just close your eyes...

You really believe that closing your eyes will make people go away?

Works on ROFF.

So, this monumental stupidity really isn't an act, huh?

No thanks. Reality holds no terror for me.

Nice reply...Really makes newbies want to interact with the list!

Now you've done it. Fortenberry's gonna whup your ass for top-posting.

It's not my job anymore to excoriate clueless newbies.

Didn't we elect Cyli for that ?

And besides, if Anthony doesn't want to "interact with
the list" I'd say the job was already done and done well. ;-)

I don't mind top posting, especially from people who've never learned
the corollary to bottom posting, which is _editing_. Please, lord,
give me a top poster over a bottom poster who replicates two screens
worth of scrolling and finishes with the equivalent of, "Good post."
or "Me, too."

And it depends on the clueless newbbie. I even let the collier
whatsit post several times before realizing I had to jump up and down
on him. This one would be extra tough, as I the newbbie didn't post
anything that I noticed as being worthy of attention. I gather, from
the responses, that he thought either Jonas' or Walt's shop was too
expensive for his taste. While that may be a solecism to their
buddies, this guy has never fished with them or dealt with them
before, so why should he have to play by buddy rules?

Made famous by that Twilight Zone episode where Anthony kept sending people
to the cornfield.

Sometimes it's complex, but very seldom is it logical.

Me neither, but if ROFF *were* reality it would.

Ah, you think someone suggested or implied that ROFF is ALL of reality. You
really don't read very well.

Methinks the evidence is clear enough.......brother Anthony has a very short
fuse and not much bang at the end of it. Advice (even such as is worth what
he is paying for it, let alone the sterling example above) is wasted on one
whose tenure here is likely to be no more notable than the broadside he
recently delivered. He'll be missed though. It's always fun to watch
hapless newbies beat up on gonfalon Kennie, who, if wits were
gasoline........

Wolfgang
dang, that was damn good zinger line! :)
