Most important ... have fun... he will be not as close to you soon
having other responsibilities.... and these minor speed bumps will be just that.... enjoy the days. artist That was a good response. Who could be a better role model than their own father. It's great to spend time with your kids and watch them grow. It won't be long before the kids are out of the nest and become adults making their own decisions in life. Long story short, my 27-year-old daughter is in intensive care right now. The first thing she wanted was Mom and Dad. Yes, we had some great "discussions" whilst she was growing up, we weren't always her best friends, but we were always and continue to be there for her and her sister. Hug 'em and love 'em every chance you can get. Frank Reid |

Really, I was just looking for opinions on the drive time. Perhaps I offered too much background info on the question. Enjoy parenting, the kids grow fast. Boy is that the truth. Joe F. OK...my vote is drive all night, fish all the next day, then sleep. hell, you ain't gonna live that much longer, and the kid can handle it! g jeff |

Totally my mistake boys.... Thought you were registered users and sincere.... I see now that you are spoofing and have no idea you weren't asking about decisions in safety and showing your young man how men make decisions. Please disregard my post and have fun with the most important thing in your life... fishing.
