We have a lad in our local Disabled Anglers Association who only has one
arm and he ties flies and fly fishes OK.

He sometimes uses his mouth when flyfishing to hold onto the retrieved
line. He no longer does this as he contracted some sort of illness that
was water borne - no serious after effects fortunately.

I'm not sure how he manages with knot tying.
