The Blueprint is just a bunch - and I mean a BUNCH - of impossible
promises. For example, look at pages 6-9, his health care plan. He
promises all the things he will require and mandate and demand, just as
pols have been doing since people were dropping beans in boxes. What is
missing is how he is going to pay for it all, get every hospital,
pharmacy, doctor, and every other health care provider, from PT clinics
to the folks that sell HoverScooters at NO COST TO YOU!!! on board and
cooperating, oversee and regulate it all, etc. And that only covers a
fraction of the sum total of all his promises, with no _real_
explanations.

so...there should be no ideas, no blueprints, and no effort, eh? well,
i agree mccain's the man for that.

i think obama's at least started the process in a substantive way. what
has mccain done? i'll take the guy with ideas and blueprints, and hope
he can get some of it done, instead of settling for the same ****
wrapped in an old man's skin. i do believe there are some of the larger
issues - health care, education, middle class tax relief, energy
independence, rebuilding foreign relations and diplomacy - that he will
focus on and make real progress with. by the way...where have all the
iraq $$billions we've spent come from??

RDean will get you a new mansion, free of charge. Here's the plan and a
blueprint:

Plan: Go into Home Depot and take all the money. If anyone tries to
stop you, explain that it is part of the plan for change. Then go over
to Lowe's and buy all the materials you need.

Blueprint: Nail boards together, making sure plumbing, electrical, and
other systems are done properly. Roof house. Insulate house. Install
doors and windows. Finish out as desired. Move in.

There ya go. With those detailed instructions, you ought to be moved in
by tomorrow, no problem. If you run into problems or unforeseen
circumstances, see plan and blueprint because they cover everything.

You're welcome. Please send me a campaign contribution.

HTH,
R
....and for a modest sum, I'll even rent you a hammer...

Oh we have some form of it, it's just very messed up. I was in the
clinic for a blood test today, and on the "patient rights and
responsibilities" sheet that was given to me, it stated that I have
the right to the best care regardless of race, gender, etc. etc., and
the ability to pay. And the big public hospital down the road in El
Paso is asking the feds for more money to cover all the free care they
provide the victims of the Juarez drug cartel wars going on now across
the border. Not saying by any means that our system is good, but if
you are in (or on!) our borders, you can get care.

Jon.

I have always wondered, in the talk about X people not having health
care, health insurance, etc, etc., why I should be made to pay for
someone else's health care or drugs.
I don't have to pay for their food, or their homes, or their cell
phone bills, or their iPods, or their $150 sneakers. Why their health
care?

And, as long as I am ranting, why should I be upset about someone who
claims to be smart enough to make $6000 a month being stupid enough to
sign a mortgage that could grow to $3000 a month?

Why do you hate America so much?

sounds like the last 8 years ... as far as the hammer, though i could
use one, you've obviously rendered yours useless by striking your head
with it far too many times. g

....huh...?

You must be from out of town. I yield to no one in my love for
America.

I don't like to see it destroyed by the "gimmie, gimmie" crowd, and
those who pander to them for votes.

Yeah, HE must be from out of town.

Nor in your love for a vacuous cliché.

Sheeese, I go away fishing an the Rapid for a few days, come home and
find out that you AND the boy lawyer have sipped all the kool aide.
Obama has but words, words he's been practicing for more than two
years. He has no experience, and his own veep says he is not ready to
lead the nation. McCain has the leadership and the executive
experience to lead. Hell, any senior nco in the military has more
leadership abilities than Obama, and most also have more executive
experience than him. Remember, it is Obama and Biden, not the other
way around.

OTT, fishing was great. See my tr and hug the dog for me.
