Curious, Which Sunforce 60 watt package did you use, the 1 panel/4amp,
or the 4 panel/7amp?
Dave

I have 4 each 15 Watt panels I got at

http://tinyurl.com/leu53

I don't think this is the best way to go, but I started with one thinking
I'd just prop it up next to the trailer and aligator clip it to the
batteries. I like the way it worked, so I installed it on top after buying
a second one. That worked so slick I got two more G .... now I'm
thinking of adding another couple !! ( limit of my controller is 7 )

I waited until they were on sale .... $75/ each if I remember right

If you want to go the low-budget route (and there's nothing wrong with
that, but remember that solar panels have a "lifespan," and cheaper to
buy may not always amortize to being cheaper per year of use), you might
also look at harborfrieght.com as well. They have frequent sales,
coupons, etc. and while I'd not use any of their stuff for "mission
critical" purposes, for the casual user, a lot of their stuff is
fair-to-middlin', price considered. And much of it is from the same
Chinese factories as Northern Tool. And Northern Tool is owned/managed
by a dip**** and his smarmy idiot brother, so I'm not inclined to give
them a dime of my money - YMMV.

I went that route for my boat lift battery. The battery held all summer
without having to charge it on a battery charger and gets a fair amount of
use.

One thing that looks good about these units is that everything appears
to be included.

I checked out the Northern Freifgt site. The 45 watt package looks
like it might do the trick.
