region, the price is not all that bad. What you are buying is the location.
We're in the process of buying a 4 season home in the region. Would like the
Stevens camp, but it doesn't fully serve our wants.

The way I read that ad you're not buying the location, just
leasing it. That's a lot of money for leased land.

the other side of Paradise. I'd prefer the Miramichi, where he and I fish
together.
