Anyone who was offended by anything you wrote has more pressing
concerns......like whatever it is they jammed up their asses and is trying
to gnaw its way back out. You did them a favor by taking their squalid
little minds off the noisome fantasies with which they amuse themselves

and
all to often belabor civilized human beings.

Don't run off Yuji! You haven't seen the real rough bunch get cranked up
here. My apologies to you for not getting in a back-channel post to warn
you ahead of time. Watch out for Wolfgang though. Check this out, he
almost never starts anything he just sits around waiting for some sneak
shots; much easier than starting something. The stuff that goes on here
makes jump-ins just wayyyy too easy. No talent at all required. As for
being a member of an ethic minority, we have several of those around here.
Fortenberry has no ethics at all, a definite ethic minority. Wayno has
ethics, just no morals. Watch Lysyk, his ethics blow with the wind and

that
puts him in the pool of the majority of ethic minorities. BTW, you

wouldn't
happen to work for Enron would you? Now, you wanna talk real ETHNIC
minorities, check out the Mckenzie brothers.

As the fine folks in Toronto told me, "You find those kinds up north!!."

Been really tied up with work and some repairs/renovation to the house
all on top of a heavy course load with the MBA. I'm ony able to peek
at ROFF a couple of times a month and seldom get time to post. The
darn thing seemed so stagnent it just needed a good nose blow.

BTW, a good friend of mine is a teacher at a base in Italy they are
going to close. Last I heard she is looking for an assignment. She's
been overseas teaching for more than 16 years. She might actually
have to come........HOME! arrrrrggggghhhhhh!

Home, eh? Whew, good luck to her! Rumor has it that many (maybe even most)
overseas teachers have a brutal time adjusting to the change of returning
home. Its hard when you realize how much things that were your 'mental
anchor' have changed; places you remember have been developed, people you
know are older with different interests, and all your acquaintances have
shared experiences that you don't have, etc. I'm personally a little worried
for when my time comes. I hope your friend adjusts quickly and happily.

(and good luck with the MBA. Will you keep working with the Museum?)

She even has a tough time when she comes for a visit. Her mother is
not far from the point of not being able to take care of herself. The
dicotomy of life models and choices will be a major challenge. Her
daughter (age 14) just came to the States to live and go to school.
That was a major life-change for both but I think good to get the kid
acclimated to life here not to mention the security factor.

My basic food chain flows through a nuclear power station. The museum
is a 13 year long volunteer effort that will continue. Perhaps the
MBA will assist when I can devote more time to the project. We are
growing slowly because we build the organization on sound business
basics. Too many non-profits have built themselves without the right
base and have failed or neared failure. The D-Day Memorial in Radford
Va. was nearly bankrupt and a former CEO is under indictment. I can
name a few other well known institutions that got themselves into
trouble and nearly went on the auction block. We're talking charities
here (which we qualify as under IRS rules and determination letter).
People seldom think of them going defunct because of bad business
decisions but it happens more often than realized.

Hello Willi,

I choose to patronize any of four "local" (within a one hour drive) flyshops
when possible. Unfortunately, Dan Bailey's products are only available to
me by mail order, something I would avoid for items like waders for which
fit is important.

Thanks much for your suggestion.

Have you looked at adg for waders? They will specially make them for
you, you take a bunch of measurements and they make to fit.
