you couldn't feel the holiday spirit if it suddenly changed places with your
itty bitty balls.

Dave notes:
Damn straight. We finally have someone that is doing something about these
terrorists.

nonsense, this administration is doing little vs. the root cause of terrorism.
In the balance, it is having a negative effect due to the increased recruitment
of terrorists.

I guess we (U.S.) need
things like Pearl Harbor and 9/11 to get us started.

started doing what? ****ing off the rest of our former friends?

You make fun of the Bush economy (another post), but it seems to be doing
very
well. If you invested in high techs a year ago, you could have has as much
as
a 45% return

what a hoot. I love when folks equate investment income to how well the economy
is doing. Anyone can invest in some market and make money, with any savvy.
Having a job capable of paying the bills, feeding the family, sending the kids
to college and having extra to invest is the tricky part. I really don't blame
Bush, but that great divide has been widening for awhile, and he is doing
nothing to help.

unemployment is improving.

ask a skilled person who is unemployed if they welcome the jobs available. You
may be surprised.

So, what's your beef? Well, *besides* hating Bush.

not a hater here. I have little or no respect for him....and, as Dag
Hammerskold(sp?) once said,"he only is respected who every day justifies
it"....or something like that. I have no time for photo-op seeking bubble heads
who run our nation in the name of a singleminded ideology. As for those tax
breaks, wait until the real folks see the second part of the"reshaping" of the
federal government.

Forty notes:
What goes around comes around, we should try to think seven generations
down the road before we go off killing tens of thousands of innocents.

and, might I add, Ken, these killings fuel a recruitment drive for every
anti-US zealot movement on the planet. Dave and others speak of winning the war
on Terrorism. You want to talk about a group that thinks several generations
ahead with no problem, Moslem extremists are a great example.
We're just stacking the deck for them in the later rounds until this bunch of
neocon extremists are sent packing from DC.

The question is, are we safe now with that smirking chimp of a
chief executive, Commander AWOL, doing his damnedest to be the
best recruiter in the history of Al Qaeda, or would we be better
off if we had an adult in charge for a change ?

An adult who
would build international consensus instead of resented hegemony,
an adult who would work within the constraints of international
laws and not flout them, an adult who would tell the American
people the truth instead of outrageous lies.

Like I said....Bush hater.

Because of his reasoned conclusion, you write him off as having reached that
conclusion.

The chickenhawks pulling Bush's strings are also using a similar tactic: if
you disagree, you aren't an American.

As bad as things have gotten (did I mention the mortgage on your and my and
our grandkids future?) no good can come of this...

If you're auditioning for the job of my own personal Usenet stalker you
should know that Willi Loehman is the incumbent. I'm not averse to having
multiple stalkers, but you might want to check with Willi to make sure
you're not stepping on any toes.

More ****in left wing nut sour grapes. Grow up, Fortenberry. Put your 7 iron
away, get a ****in job, pay your taxes and shut up. Old George was right about
you. Sad to say, but he was right.

And that gets my vote for Disgusting Post Of The Year.
