Here in Kinshasa, its running abotu $1.05 a liter. That's about $4.00 a
gallon.

i'd bet you could open a gas station in eastern nc and advertise $1.05 a
liter, and you'd have cars waiting in line to fill up. once, maybe in
some cases twice. g

The dollar differential between what I took and dickinson more than covers
the gas difference :)
