And you had no idea what you would be fishing in fresh water for, which fly

That's a dumb question. First off, who would go on a fishing
trip and have no idea what they'd be fishing for ? And second,
why would you take only one fly ?

Geezus, this post would be too dumb even in the middle of North
American winter when we all have cabin fever and *WELCOME* dumb
posts.

Me, I'd take a $20 bill fly, that way once I got there I could
buy the right flies.

That's a dumb question. First off, who would go on a fishing
trip and have no idea what they'd be fishing for ? And second,
why would you take only one fly ?

I always keep a few of Big Dale's foam spiders (gurglers with legs) in my
chest pack. I've caught 7 or 8 species on them. A size 14 Ausable Wullf
with an orange head is a good second choice.

I always keep a few of Big Dale's foam spiders (gurglers with legs) in my
