In 4 years looking at this rec.outdoors-fly fishing NOTHING has changed!
Now all are still into the damn Election and it's results.
Or some other ranting that has nothing to do with fly fishing.
Tim j - ask me to read this again for info and all - YEP - still the same - stupid ranting etc. never more than a few comments on fly fishing.

I can't believe our Timmmmaaay would deliberately send
a moron into our midst unless there's some sort of
practical joke involved. Tell me "Bill", did Timmmaaay
slap a Bush sticker on your car ? ;-)

As for roff being the same, of course it is, if we only
talked fly fishing we would eventually resort to threads
discussing "if you were blindfolded and stuffed into the
trunk of a '57 chevy and driven to a stream somewhere in
Pakistan and you could only have one fly..."

Besides, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing
over again, like reading roff, and expecting different
results. So, are you insane, or what ?

No go away for another four years and watch out the door
doesn't hit you in the ass on the way out.

Hell, you had *that* covered in spades when you convinced
Barnard to follow you up that waterfall in North Cackalaky.
I mean it's not weird that you'd do something that reckless
but it *is* truly and profoundly weird that you could talk
somebody else into doing it with you.

That was actually fun. There was no fishing up there, however, or at
least no catching.

It comes as no surprise that you would consider it weird and reckless.
In fact though, it was pretty much a walk-up......I'd call it about a
5.5......roughly the equivalent of shaving while sitting on a log.
Something else for you to aspire to.

Never met ol' Bill. Had I, one of them-thar stickers would have
certainly materialized. Bill emailed me stating he had an interest in
fishing some of the local waters and, since he's not from or familiar
with the area, I directed him to a local guide. After he poo-pooed that
idea, I told him to keep an eye on roff if he wanted to meet up with
some of us Mass-ives for the next Mass Escape to the local streams.

God, I wish I hadn't, but I'd rather place a "Don't Blame Me - I Voted
For Nader" sticker on my car than apologize on roff.

Actually, I suppose, all real christians look forward to the appearance of the
