(OK, cheap shot, I know..)

Mandates are still legal in Ohio....however the 'Defense of Marriage' act
passed and you are not allowed to marry....

Isn't it about time some moral soul suggested that a constitutional
amendment be proposed to outlaw divorce?

I guess that would make a retro-active divorce amendment somewhat
problematic, for him and others?

Excellent comment by bearsbuddy, excellent reply by Charlie.

Good thing the author of the act wasn't married 3 times and divorced ONCE,
eh? ;-)

Why? Divorce isn't the only way to end a marriage, it's just the way he ended
his.

You must learn to think out of the box grasshopper. I have been married
twice and never divorced and yet, it was perfectly legal in Utah (two
different woment an no annulment).

Just in case anyone is confused: Bearsbuddy is the person formerly known as
Beausdad, who was also know as: Opie/Op, but is better known to law
enforcement agencies the world over as Mark H. Bowen and to Kenny F. as
Chester the Molester.

As Beau-re-Guard the Wonder Dog, my darling sweet Beau, has passed on, I
have taken on another moniker that better fits my relationship to mother's
newest protector: Bear the ****in' Maniac with Long Nasty Fangs Dog!

Considerin' your strong liberal leanings, nothing short of the death penalty
would suffice.

Sorry, but we've just gotta purify the nation!

not to interfere, or anything, but i would lean towards a domino's thin
crust, plain, with extra sauce.

If you make it to Dayton, I'll take you to Milanos Pizzeria, you'll love it.
On second thought, that may be difficult as you said you'd be dead before
you had a reason to return to Ohio...

Course, I could always think of a way to make your trip tax
deductible....for your heirs...
