cabin available (double occupancey) at the slide inn for part of western clave!

through an act of kindness on the part of that great humanitarian, dan'l
finn, i have been provided the opportunity to have access to two rooms at
the number one hostelry in the west yellowstone area, the infamous "slide
inn". however, the press of professional responsibilities limits my stay to
less than the leasehold presently held by the noble mr. finn.

in short, while the room is currently let for the period july 8-16, i can
only stay from the 8th through the 13th. that leaves a vacancy from the
9th, a wednesday, through the following sunday.

i would be grateful if any roffian who wants the space, or who wishes to
upgrade their present habitation, would make arrangements with me to take my
slot for the indicated times. you could arrange to reimburse me within a
reasonable time after your stay is completed.

thanks
wayno

the cabin rents for $80 per night.

That makes absolutely no sense at all. Do you have two rooms, one
room or half a room ? If your current reservation runs from the
8th to the 16th and you are going to be there from the 8th to the
13th how can there be a vacancy from the 9th, (a Saturday btw), to
the following Sunday the 17th ? God help me, but I think know what
you were trying to communicate, (credit many years of Budweiser
and Laphroaig ;-). To fill your vacancy one would check in on
Wednesday July 13th and check out on Sunday July 17th having stayed
four nights at $80 per night.

I *still* don't know if $80 per night is supposed to buy two rooms,
one room or a date with Dan'l, my translation skills aren't *that*
good. ;-)

well, i have never been to the damned place, but dan'l made clear to me
that me and ms. speight would have plenty of bedroom for two. i will garner
details later.

and i can assure you that i don't think dan'l is an amenity, anyway you
look at it.

No, not an Amenity, I think he said he was a Volunteer, as
in Tennessee Volunteer.

Where is the noble Mr. Finn anyway ? He was supposed to be
fishing in North Cackalacky last I heard. We should have
had a TR by now.

-Indian Joe dreams-----Jeff and I will be staying just down the alley--if
I were 50 years younger I would ride over to the reservation and offer
your open rooms to a couple of Blackfoot queens--but image I will just
take my nightly metamuel, put in my ear plugs , and go to bed in my own
cabin.

Look forward to seeing u all

Intriguing. This apparently means rw won't be at the clave, but does this mean
Danl won't be there either?

At any rate, see you there.

dan'l has chosen other lodgings, for reasons that he may disclose in the

Glad to hear he's still coming and that you are too. You may want to bring a
camera along, I understand there's some scenery out there. g

Well, if you hear a "HONK!" or see flashing headlights, make sure that
she gets off her camel IMMEDIATELY!! I understand they take these
things VERY seriously out there and if she gets busted, they might not
take it too well if some NC lawyer shows up with a flowery writ of
Habeas Giraffacus and a bottle of Absolut...or jeffy...
