I'm Also New and Looking to Talk Fishing!
Hello: I'm new here like Jeremy. I've been all over the net looking for
serious fishing chat. I want to learn but also I have been fishing a long time, run my own guide service for the last ten years and can, hopefully, share what I know. Where I'm from we usually fish for Smallmouth, Largemouth fishing is around but isn't as hot so if you want smallie info, I can help. Jackfish |

Thanks for the welcome Charles. Is for where I am, I am in the middle
of a blizzard up here in Northwestern Ontario Canada. Winter came hard overnight. Glad I stored the boat away last week I'd be out there knee deep trying to take the batteries and electronics out. How about yourself? Fish good where you hale? Jackfish |

Welcome Jackfish, sit back and enjoy the slow season in here. Winter is here
and while I don't have ice here yet( P.A), it is getting very cold. But I can't complain, I had a very good year and I am starting to stock up baits for the MTC next April. Check out this link and add yourself Jackfish. Jack, Charles & I and a few others hail from middle Tennessee. The fishing
here is good. Check out any threads pertaining to the Southern Classic, ( used to be known as the Mid Tenn. Classic" Hope you can plan to join us. You will find that members of this NG gather a couple of times a year to fish and B.S for a few days. -- D. Norton "Jackfish" wrote in message ups.com... Thanks for the welcome Charles. Sorry Ratman, never fished Bright Lake. I'm not sure which Soo you are
referring to. Souix Lookout is near me. I fish Rainy Lake and Lake of the Woods the most but also many of the hundreds of lake and rivers around my home. They are great. |

Tennessee is a long ride for me to take. Anyway, I far to busy in the
summer months to get away for the lake up here. I'm normally booked up from later April, (pike and smallmouth) until the first week of November. I would love to go south and try and catch some of those big largemouth! I had to stop fishing tournaments, again too busy with clients. They come first! Good to meet you David |

Hello BP: I'm from Fort Frances Ontario, Canada. Right on the boarder
with Minnesota and about 90 miles from the Manitoba boarder. Sandwiched between Rainy Lake and Lake of the Woods. |

Justin:
The U.P. Hemingway country. Did you ever find the Black River there!? Lots of folks who fish with me have tried to or believe they found Hemingway's secret fishing hole there. I don't mind the winters so much. As long as they don't hang on late into the spring. That's when we all get Shack Happy. Jackfish |
