It hammered a Secret Weapon spinnerbait and gave him a good tussle all the way to the boat. 5.75 pounds of furious Bowfin will put a good bend in any rod. He was just a bit reluctant to handle toothy critters, so I kind of got in the picture. -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |

The man would definitely be in for a rude awakening. One of those 49"
monsters come up from the deep and he'd be throwing the rod/reel into the water. "Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers" wrote in message ... "10 Pound Rook" wrote in message .net... Wasn't I? After all, he did smoke both Randy's and my 2 day total with just one bag down at Okee. :) Harry J aka Thundercat Brooklyn Bill's Tackle Shop Fishing Team http://www.geocities.com/brooklynbill2003/products.html Share the knowledge, compete on execution. |
