On occasions we see or hear or accidents in the machine shop.
One of my friends a few years back cut his thumb off on the
band-saw. He's a pretty tough guy and took it well....at first.
About 3 weeks later, I saw him in the machine shop crying.
I asked him what was the matter. He said he realizes how
much his thumb meant to him.
Pretty sad,
