Hey you michigan guys and clavers....

You are never going to guess what someone left in the little house - the
shack out back, a couple of weeks ago!

Well if you get that excited about what someone left in the shack in the
back, I certainly hope the smell has subsided by now and that it's
solidified sufficiently before you handled it......

(couldn't pass that one up without saying something...;-)

Good guess but not correct...

However, once the water evaporated from some drain traps and it had me
worried until I figured out what happened!

New filters for the gas mask?
A B61 off a B-52?
The after effects of Hungarian barley stew?
The missing tip off my 3wt?
New steps for your van?
A Yupper trout over 8" long?
The April 1976 issue of Playboy?
The 28 year-old spawn of me and the centerfold from the April 1976
Playboy?
UBL?

Inquiring minds wanna know.

Businesses up there come and go...some remain for years....it's damned near
the hinterland. Grandma Grooters was a fairly modern, larger establishment
that, for some obscure reason (probably money laundering) was able to
weather the seasonal tides of tourists. Everybody knew where it was and it
was a good watering hole to meet at and grab a meal.

It burned down, the owner left for southern climes and the lot is now a
repository for burnt lumber and old tires.

Well at least we know that your pack of matches didn't burn Granny's place
to the ground!
